Welcome Reception
Saturday evening (20 August 2011) all delegates are invited to attend our welcome reception at Café Ludwigs (1930-2300). The Ludwigs is located very close to the railway and bus stations and within a few minutes’ walk of many hotels, apartments and the Youth Hostel. Attendants will be offered a range of complementary regional drinks and fine snacks.

Congress dinner & Farewell Party

The farewell party takes place on the last evening of the meeting, Wednesday, 24 August. We shall meet in the 850-year old monastery and castle Bebenhausen, picturesquely situated within the Schoenbuch forest range. The party is fully catered with a selection of regional food, beverages, beer and wine. Admission has to be booked separately and is offered at an affordable rate of € 60 (discounted student rate € 35). Registered delegates who have not booked yet but want to join, should send an email eseb2011@interplan.de (90 € for senior and 65 € for student participants). The number of remaining tickets is limited. |
